Returns & Refunds
We want you to be as delighted with your purchase from The Wellness Journal as we are. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out! We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it. For damage-related inquiries, reach us at thewellnesssjournals@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction on their end.
